Ordering & Shipping Information

Delivery Locations

We deliver within a 50km radius of Swan Reach. If you're located outside of this area, please contact us to discuss a custom/priority shipment quote, alternatively we have collection points in both Swan Reach and Bairnsdale.

Collecting your Order

If you’re local to East Gippsland, you can choose to pick up your order directly from our Swan Reach farm or Pick up Point in Bairnsdale once the orders are ready. Collection orders from Bairnsdale & Swan Reach are required to be collected on the designated date which will be provided to you via email/text 72 hours before it is ready.

Shipping Costs

We offer standard delivery rates starting at $20 flat rate based on locations within 50km of Swan Reach. 

Returns & Refunds

No refunds are available on meat products. If you have any concerns about your order or its quality, please contact us within 24 hours. Our team will assist you with resolving any issues with a replacement product.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 17-24 business days. See 'Tracking your Order' for more detail around shipping date confirmation & delivery windows.

Tracking Your Order

An email or text will be sent to the contact details for the person who placed the order online - you will be sent an approximate delivery date within 72 hours of ordering and confirmation of that date within 72 hours of delivery. Also on the day before your order is scheduled to arrive you will receive a 4 hour delivery window to allow you to make arrangements to be home. 

Packaging & Temperature Control

To ensure your meat arrives fresh and at the right temperature, all orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with ice packs. For all customers choosing delivery it is important to ensure you are home during the delivery window in which your order arrives. If you are not home your order is unable to be refrigerated in a timely manner. Snowy River Ag take no responsibility for orders delivered and left unattended for a prolonged period of time which results in any spoiling meat products. Delivery of your order will be to your front door by default and in a shaded position if possible.

If you have an order enquiry that is a combination or variation of the products available on our website please touch base and we can out together a custom order for you.
